Foundation Village at Clearfield Campus is a 36-bed apartment facility which opened at the Clearfield Campus in August 2003. This apartment building is owned and operated by the Lock Haven University Foundation.
Foundation Village includes four-bedroom and two-bedroom suite-style apartments. These modern apartments provide you with both the convenience of being near campus as well as comfortable accommodations to enhance your college experience.
The apartments are fully furnished, air conditioned with high speed internet and cable connections. Kitchens have all modern appliances and there are full size washer and dryers in each apartment.
Each apartment has a common living room. The private bedrooms have a full size bed, desk, chair, dresser and closet. There is one full size bathroom for every two students.
There is a grill and picnic table on the property. The resident manager lives in the building and it is only a five minute (or less) walk from the apartments to your classes. The first floor of Foundation Village is ADA accessible (subject to availability). The facility is smoke-free and pet-free.
Evergreen Commons is an apartment style student housing complex, conveniently located a block from the university and downtown Lock Haven.
The facility boasts fully furnished, air conditioned apartment with high-speed internet, phone and cable connection and a full-size washer and dryer. Individual bedrooms have roomy closets and kitchens are equipped with modern appliances.
The resident lounge has plenty to do--large screen TV, pool table, spacious meeting rooms and a 24-hour computer lab and fitness center. Plus...a heated outdoor swimming pool with two gas grills and plenty of lounge furniture and ample resident parking and an ATM.
