Lock Haven University Legacy Society
The Lock Haven University Legacy Society is a giving society that honors and celebrates alumni and friends who have made a commitment to support the University through a planned or deferred gift. These future gifts contribute to the growth and success of the Haven, and they will benefit future generations of Haven students, faculty and the overall campus community.
What are the benefits of membership?
LHU Legacy Society members receive a certificate of membership recognizing their generous support of Lock Haven University, as well as a commemorative pin as a small token of appreciation for their gift. Members may occasionally be featured in The Haven magazine or on the LHU Foundation website. Members will also receive special invitations to LHU alumni events.
How can I become a member?
As soon as you inform the LHU Foundation of your plans to make a future gift to benefit Lock Haven University, you become a member of the LHU Legacy Society. Ways to join include naming the LHU Foundation in your will, establishing a charitable trust, a gift annuity or pooled income fund, making a gift of life insurance or any other similar deferred gift.
